Email me offlist if you have knowledge of their transfer out procedure. In particular, the wording in their registration agreement is very vague with respect to transfers - I wonder if they extend these policies (and fees) to outbound transfers away from them or if it solely refers to inbound transfers to them and ownership change processed by them.
