Transfer - please advise

Hi,

One of our customers tries to transfer a domain to us from GoDaddy. However, transfers do no go through. Interestingly if I issue a whois, I get:

The Registry database contains ONLY .COM, .NET, .ORG, .EDU domains and
Registrars.
[whois.godaddy.com]
No match for "[**********].com" in the registrar database.




What can we do in a situation like this? The transfers fail saying
"Domain transfer declined by current registrar: Network Solutions, Inc. "
