That's great, but... Can you confirm when and from what IP address you think I subscribed to this newsletter? As far as I am aware, the only OpenSRS lists I'm on are dev-list, discuss-list, bizops-list and the Live Reseller Update. For any other (new) lists, I would expect to have to confirm my wish to receive it. I received no such confirmation request. Or can you point me to some documentation that says that I *have* to receive your newsletter if I want to continue to be an RSP? Tucows' hat is fairly white, and the company gets alot of latitude that companies with less established reputations do not enjoy. Unilaterally subscribing people to a new mailing list without confirming subscription requests is the sort of thing I would associate less respectable folk.
