Well, I talked to technical support half an hour ago and was adamantly told that there was likely nothing wrong and that the problem was likely due to mail filtering on the client end. I know patently that the problem is NOT on the client end, since no messages to three different domains at three different ISPs in different cities were coming through. However, just a few minutes ago I received a couple of the expected messages. The message body was different from how I had altered it earlier this morning in the admin interface, though, and one of them came through to a different admin contact address (which I had subsequently modified this morning in trying to troubleshoot the problem). So it seems like the cron job is about ten hours behind... I'd be interested if anyone else gets timely results from such a send- password request. -ben -- Ben Kennedy, chief magician zygoat creative technical services 613-228-3392 | 1-866-466-4628 http://www.zygoat.ca
