Ah... there are no search functions under those pages since they are "View" pages (and the searching functionality is offered in a seperate interface). I.E. you can search Reg System Orders (which will give you pending and transfers) and there's a Search Declined Orders link as well.
However, having a single domain text box search at the top of the view pages has merit. No wildcards in this search?
