Hello, Normally, one can't transfer a name to a different registrar in the first 60 days after registering it.
However, suppose I register a name at Registrar A on January 1st, and then transfer it to OpenSRS on March 15th (after the 60 days). When is the earliest I can transfer it from OpenSRS to a different registrar? Is it 60 days after March 15th? Or, can it be immediate? Sincerely, George Kirikos http://www.kirikos.com/
