We agree completely here - for what it's worth. We were hit twice as hard when the referral system was changed. I suspect that the same number of new registrations are coming in to Tucows via referrals - they just go to the largest resellers now, instead of being spread out among the reseller community. No impact to Tucows. Huge relative impact to those of us trying to get started in this business.
It still hurts every time someone brings it up. We are still here.
