(order number, domain etc) off list, and I'll escalate with Geotrust?

Ok, so I bought a GeoTrust Cert via my resellers interface and it does
not work.  I have emailed and called GeoTrust and have not gotten a
response yet about a problem with the cert.  It does not work.

How on earth can I get a working Cert?
