I am so elated, I just noticed the new text in the Tucows whois output
(reseller section):

"This company may be contacted for domain login/passwords, DNS/Nameserver
changes, and general domain support questions."

I applaud OpenSRS for changing their policy and allowing resellers the
authority to make nameserver changes.  Now, how do I access this new
capability?

Notes:
1. Yes, I understand this text is configurable in the RWI.
2. Yes, I realize I am probably wrong in assuming that just because the
default text says the reseller can be contacted for nameserver changes, they
must really be able to make those changes.
3. Yes, I am in a bit of a sarcastic mood today.
