Hey, Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I was just curious:
1) Why is the Tucows disclaimer AFTER the domain record? 2) Will it ever be changed? Almost every registrar puts the disclaimers before the record, which makes sense if you want to abide by it (it's a bit late reading the disclaimer AFTER you've read the record). Don't want to start any arguments for and against - just curious if there's a reason :-) Andy.
