Recently we noticed that our emailings that are going out to our clients
about their domain names haven't been working as we'd hoped. They
appear a lot like this:

{{first_name}},
This message is to notify you that {{domain_name}} will expire on
{{expiredate}}. To Renew your registration, please point your browser
to http://opensrs.ori.net

Is there any way we can insert the actual value of first_name,
domain_name, and expiredate into that message? I believe these messages
are stored in the RWI, correct?
