The latest update added the functionality to turn off the "Sends email to the Domain Admin Contact when the domain successfully transfers to your Reseller profile" message in the "Transfers To Your Account" end-user messaging.
I changed that setting to "No" a few days ago (and just verified that it's still set that way). However, the message in question was still sent to an end-user this morning (for domain usmontesa.com, with OpenSRS mail server message ID [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
