Hi All, I have a client who's trying to transfer his domain from TotalNIC to us, and TotalNIC is refusing to remove the lock on the domain. They're telling him he needs to get a transfer confirmation Notarized, and send this in by snailmail in order to get the domain released!
Has anyone dealt with this previously? Anyone have a contact with TotalNIC that can help with this? The way it stands, the client's going to have to spend more to get the domain released that the renewal fee. Thanks, Doug. -- Doug Friend http://register4less.com
