Should the Order Notes that are available in the RWI for a transfer show the 'acceptance' of the transfer? This is all of got for a recently declined order, although I got an email on Dec-16 from Tucows stating that the transfer had been accepted by the Administrative Contact. Seems odd that this isn't included in the notes.
