The office is closed today.  An announcement was sent out
(December 18 02) stating all the business hours during the
vacation.

Hours at Tucows

1. Hours of Operation from December 24, 2002 until January 1, 2003

During the upcoming Christmas and New Years holidays, Tucows will
be offering the following support.

24 December 2002:
Compliance and Payments departments open as usual.
Customer Support hours 1300 UTC to 2200 UTC

25 December 2002:
Compliance, Payments and Customer Support departments CLOSED.
Customer Support available via emergency pager.

26 December 2002:
Compliance, and Customer Support departments CLOSED.
Payments department open as usual.
Customer Support available via emergency pager.

27, 30 & 31 December 2002:
Payments department open as usual.
Compliance department CLOSED.
Customer Support hours 1300 UTC to 2200 UTC

1 January 2003:
Compliance, Payments and Customer Support departments CLOSED.
Customer Support available via emergency pager.

Please note that the Operations department will continue to
monitor OpenSRS systems twenty-four hours per day, seven days per
week and Customer Support will continue to be available via
emergency pager at any time.
