This is only for com/net, and there's no changes from your side of things. All this means is that if a domain is deleted well past expiration, we have a slightly larger window of opportunity to "undo" that deletion.
If you've ever had a domain deleted that you didn't want, and contacted us to help out, it's the same procedure. Let us know, tell us why, provide proof (where necessary).
