7. Multilingual Domains
Effective Sunday, January 26, 2003, Registrants will not longer be able
to register MLDNs (IDNs) for .org. PIR. The new .org Registry will
only support the existing .org IDNs. New registrations for IDN .org
will not be possible.
So I guess that was all about IDNs. - Cs.
