Actually False. When you initiate a transfer request, the funds are placed on "HOLD" status which does NOT get debited from your total balance until the transaction completes. As the funds were never REALLY removed from your total balance, you will not see the funds added back after the cancellation, except you will see the ON HOLD total reduced by that transaction amount.
