Domain Support Group

I just got a call from these guys (!) claiming they needed to 'update some information about my account with them' for a domain name we have.  Apparently 'there have been changes to my account' and they needed to fax me some information.   I asked the girl 'But we're not registered with you... so what account needs updating if we don't have an account with you?' . She says, 'You have an account with the registry for that name and they have passed that account information on to us...'   Unbelievable.  The bottom feeders have a new game.   I finally asked her what company she was from.  She said 'Domain Support Group' and I politely mentioned she should think about getting a real job...   Anyone else run into this?   Eric Prigge
