Due to the fact that you are connecting to the test environment, we do not generate any emails from there. Reason being is you can register fictional domains and we do not want to errantly email any contacts of domains that are registered and active in the real world.

Once you connect your systems to the LIVE environment everything should work fine, if you have any questions or problems with your client code, please contact us in sales and we will help.

Subject: Using RITE, I dont receive confirmation emails

Ive set up Opensrs 2.62.
Successfully installed, configured, etc.
I have set the OpenSRS.conf to use SMTP - am running Qmail on the hosting server.
My cgis successfully connect to Horizon (rite).
I submitted registrations for a couple of domains, and then manually approved them through: http://resellers-test.opensrs.net/
They got 'registered' just fine. However, I am not receiving any confirmation emails regarding the submissions or approvals of anything I do.
I havent received any confirmation emails, and I havent received any "send pw to admin contact" emails that Ive forced from the URL above.

I have OpenSRS.conf configured to use SMTP and have listed my SMTP server, etc.
I have set the $ADMIN_EMAIL value to my address and turned the requisite values 'on', per the instructions.
I have verified that message.txt exists and shouldnt require any tweaking from here.

Ive checked the FAQ and the mailing list archive and dont see what Im missing.
I do feel lost as to where/why I can set these values within my CGI scripts, as well as on the http://resellers-test.opensrs.net/ interface. I assume I should receive emails generated from both, yet I still have nothing from either.

The mailto address is valid and operational. I get plenty of other legitimate email to the address just fine.

Thanks in advance.

Maria
