Ugh. Hadn't thought of the RSP turning it off as the reason ... That appears
to be the case here. Client has since contacted other RSP, been renewed, and
still the RSP info does not appear.

So, are you saying that when a domain expires, whois.opensrs.net output
changes to no longer show the RSP info? Or has that RSP in
question just
turned off their RSP WHOIS output?
