As someone else already pointed out, we offer www.myprivacy.ca, which
lets users set up email aliases.  All email to those addresses bounces
back to the send with a confirmation request.  This has pretty much
blocked all automated email.

We also whitelist several registrars, so important email from (say)
OpenSRS will always get through without the additional confirmation step.

We don't do the address or phone blocking though.

And yeah, GoDaddy has their domainsbyproxy.com, for $9/yr, on top of
registration fees.  <plug>my privacy.ca is free</plug>
