We had some certs events (21 to be exact) that were improperly processed tonight. In all cases we are "returning" money, not taking it.
We are in the process of reconciling them and will be returning your account to normal state on Monday.

At 6:23 I receieved a msg saying my account balance had fallen below our
alert point. This is false.
At 6:24 I received a msg saying our Geotrust certificate has been revoked
AND refunded. Neither of the numbers quoted in the email msg match any of
our cert orders at all, neither in old system or new. The cert mentioned,
however, does indeed show a revoked status in the RWI. We purchased and have
been using it since December.
