I recommend Opensrs setting up a simple timezone page that is linked to from
all announcements.  I still have no idea what UTC is.  Even if someone
reminds me, i will likely forget, considering the 30,000 other things
ripping around in my head.

Exclusive use of a common word for a .TLD.  Baloney.
