When renewing domains, there is no place to enter the affiliate id.
The scenario is that when the domain was registered the domain was not
from a affiliate, but on renewal, I would like the affiliate
customised message to go out.
Would appreciate if there was a way to specify the affiliate id for
domains being renewed.
For new domains I am entering the info where applicable.
