Hi Ryan,

Yes, the domain is on hold because it's expired.  When a domain expires like
this, the registry renews it for the registrar which is why it's showing as
renewed.  Technically, the grace period ends with the registrar sending the
registry a delete command for the domain, then redemption begins.
