I don't know if this is a new error message or not, but I haven't noticed it before.
If you try and manage a domain that does not exist (yet) like a new .CA domain registration... After attempting to login you see: "Error: Domain example.ca does not exist with Tucows." This error message appears to be OpenSRS generated (and not by the script itself). The problem here, is that you are saying the domain does not exist with Tucows, and it does not make any reference to the actual reseller. We all go to great lengths to make sure that transfer notifications, expiration notices, etc, all communicate both the name of the Reseller, as well as the name of Tucows/OpenSRS Here, this manage interface error does not mention the reseller name at all. As a result, customers could be confused into wondering what role the reseller actually plays and question the reseller's position.
