The operations department has confirmed that OpenSRS - including domain names, email and digital certificate sales & management functionality - experienced zero downtime during the largest black out in North American history.
Tucows and OpenSRS have been functioning continuously throughout the power problems. Not surprisingly, we will have a reduced support staff today, however, we can be reached by email and pager as usual. The operations department continues to monitor all systems 24x7.
