Seems to be not very serious, might also be a 'money macking machine'
(they do precharges by credit card, I could not find any information where
this company is registered within the EU. There is an address in the UK, but
an address does not make a legal entity)

This is absolutely wrong. Even people from Switzerland will not be able to register EU
