How can they achieve it? I didn't say they could -- although we certainly will see whether the US governmrnt is truly into a hands-off stand for business or just for BIG business. How can they be working on it? Easily. How can they intimidate many people into not doing it by threatening to tie them up in court till the next millennium? Easily.
