Does anyone know offhand which email addresses in the WHOIS get each of the renewal notices?
Also, is there a specific mail server or domain that is always used to send Tucows' admin messages. I'd like to be able to advise my customers on how to whitelist or filter any legit messages realting to the domain registration to a separate mailbox, while weeding out the spam. Day 2, client is already receiving spam to a brand new email address used as admin contact and absolutely nowhere else ;o( Jo Shea
