I second that. Also I wonder what our non-Englsih speaking users would say seeing an English e-mail and an English interface... These would help them very much, I suppose. They would definetely not call us asking "what the f*ck is this e-mail you [yes, they will blame us for that, I am 100% sure] sent me?!"3. WHOIS Data Reminder Policy
----------
Tucows will comply with ICANN's requirement to provide registrants an
opportunity to review and update WHOIS data. 120 days before the
expiry/anniversary date of their registration, Registrant's will be
sent a summary of their current WHOIS data and given access to a
webform to update this data. For more information please refer to
page 77 of the New User Guide v2.1.9.
This should be a link to a Reseller-defined URL (e.g.
www.yourdomain.com/blah.html?domain=%s) for resellers who do not use the
opensrs manage interface or opensrs username/passwords, and for those who
maintain local databases of whois information to present to the customer
without having to query opensrs. This is the first update I have seen
opensrs make that can break this local caching (where customers do not
have logins to manage.opensrs.net). Please reconsider this. It can of
course default to an OpenSRS url.
