They are a OpenSRS reseller and I don't think that "but we were
going to use a different registrar for the people we solicited this
way" would fly.

Besides, it's my understanding that OpenSRS compliance is interested
in receiving reports of this type of behaviour from other registrars
and not just from OpenSRS resellers (indeed, this is the first time
I've seen an OpenSRS reseller doing it and OpenSRS has always been
interested in acting on these reports before)

It only takes 5 seconds to forward the message to OpenSRS compliance
and let them decide if they will respond -- but they definitely
won't respond to your report if you don't make a report to them.
