I don't know if anyone else had this problem but we had a server crash on Sat due receiving 50 'Whois Data Confirmation' within a few secs.
Granted it is an older server and what really crashed it was the spamd (spamassassin) deamon BUT can something be done to space out emails to the same email address, this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks this machine has gone down due to rapid fire emails from opensrs. To clarify, the machine in question maybe old and slow BUT it does process >10,000 emails a day with spam checking on all and ONLY the batches from opensrs cause the problem.
