Will it be as good as the International IDNs on com, net org, Verisign's and "others" biggest joke on history!!! If they do I would not recommend any reseller getting into these. Just out of curiosity I looked into Verisign's pages (again) regarding (http://www.verisign.com/nds/naming/idn/testbed/phases.html). Good enough they are now in "phase 3.2" so let's not worry!!!! Not sure if the process will take 4 or 4000 phases... but we'll get there... one day. Meanwhile we'll still pay on a yearly basis for domains that just do not work. Regards.
