It's in the Support FAQ:

There's also a section there if the Admin email is incorrect:

<FAQ...>
If the admin contact e-mail address is no longer valid or has a typo, this
will have to be changed manually. The RSP must fax us a signed request to
make this change. The OpenSRS fax number is (416) 531 2516.
</FAQ...>

Sorry for asking this question yet again, but did the procedure change any? I find this listed now:

"Before you attempt to transfer a domain, make sure that the Admin Contact Email for the domain to be transferred is valid. If the Admin Contact Email address listed in the current whois info is no longer valid, you must contact the original registrar to request it be changed. We can't assist you in transferring the domain until we can verify who is accepting the transfer. "

If we are the original registrar, then what do we do? Is there a way for us to retrieve/reset the password for the domain now, or does the domain owner still have to fax the signed request. If so, where do I find that signed request again?

Sorry about this, these issues just rarely come up enough to remember... :-)
