I don't know how this will work using OpenSRS - but if you were a Nominet Tag holder it would work something like this: 1. You supply your customer with a reference number 2. They visit: http://www.nominet.org.uk/MakingChangesToYourDomainName/ChangingYourRegistrationAgentisp/ChangingYourRegistrationAgentisp.html and complete the "re-tag a detagged domain name" process, using the reference number you supplied and making sure to input your Nominet IPS tag (which in this case would be the OpenSRS tag I guess?). During the process they'll be asked if they wish to renew direct with Nominet (80) or with an agent (15) - they must select the agent option. Rather confusingly they get asked this after they have put in the tag details! The 15 fee is paid then and there direct to Nominet - it is nothing to do with your charges. After payment the customer has to print a PDF and fax it to Nominet. 3. Nominet will validate the whole application and if successful they will carry out the transfer. Some points to bear in mind: The domain is suspended, pending deletion - they must move VERY quickly. Your customer must be the legal registrant of the domain name in question, otherwise Nominet will not take instructions from them. I suggest you contact OpenSRS support and confirm the above.
