My experience (last week) obtaining the auth code was surprisingly painless. Use their interface at: https://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/help/contactus Just request the authorization code for the domain. They will only send it to the email address associated with the "Account Holder" though. In fact, they send a test email to make sure the email address is valid. Once you respond, they send it pretty quickly. Which brings me to my current beef, that Netsol sends final authorization emails (the ones that used to come from [EMAIL PROTECTED]) to the "Account Holder" email address, not the Administrative Contact address for all transfers. --Joe
