With any luck, this episode will teach new registry operators that 
confusing options dramatically hurt their sales. If they'd just 
introduced ".name" as an unrestricted TLD in the first place, like .biz 
or .info, I suspect it would have been equally popular. Now it's tainted 
by a reputation for being different and confusing.
