Just as a note, we ran into this with one of the Privacy domains with another registrar and GeoTrust were good to work around it, I believe they just had us create an e-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] and it was sent out within a few minutes of phoning them.

As for the approver email, because the approver email is the way that Geotrust is authenticating the domain as valid, for QuickSSL it is not plausible to allow us to modify them. I would suggest in that case is to use one of the generics on the domain instead (webmaster@, hostmaster@ etc etc), they may get you around the registrar issue.
