One of my customers is transferring away - to registerfly.com.
They have received this in their confirmation email:

domain from Tucows, to 1000004500.If you are receiving this email, you
should have initiated, or at least been aware of this request already.

Who is registrar 1000004500?
Registerfly.com says it's not them...
