.UK WHOIS modification

Are there rules about modifying the owner contact information for .UK 
domains?

Specifically, our customer is an individual, and would like to change 
the Organization Name contact field from what is there now to either 
blank, "n/a", or the individual's name.  We get the error:

	"Permission Denied for Modify Organization Name for .uk domains"

Is this an unmodifiable field?
