CIRA Members Nomination

Thanks to everyone that showed their support for me in the CIRA 
Nominations. If you have the time, there is another candidate that needs 
your assistance - Rick Anderson. Rick is a sitting board member that has 
done a lot for the namespace during his term. I'd really love to see him 
continue on the board but he needs a few more nominations from CIRA 
members before he can be put on the final ballot. If you are a CIRA
