Hi all, I'd like to thank the several of you who replied with advice and viewpoints on this issue. I will do my best to wash my hands of it and let the parties duke it out by themselves. To that end I've sent this email (following) to the complainant.

But I suppose in such circumstances it would become Tucows's problem, being the actual registrar of record, hm? -ben >Hi <person>, > >Following up on the domain name contention... > >From the research I have done, my conclusion is that this is an issue >that you and <registrant> need to sort out amongst yourselves.
