Here's a request for the system status page: It would be helpful if the system
status page provided a minimum of historical information, particularly
regarding issue causes and resolutions.

This morning there was an E-Mail Defense Service degraded performance alert of
an unspecified nature. The system status page listed an expected resolution
time of 1300 UTC. However, the page never listed what the problem was: was it
an admin GUI issue again? Was it in the filtering? When I look at the page
now, I can see the service  is up but I have no way of knowing (or letting
people know) what the issue was.

The history wouldn't have to be extensive: 48 hours seems reasonable. It would
certainly be more useful than the pop-up service description that shows up
now.
