I have read previous posts. Please read mine, and apply some common sense to what you read and hear.
The "outside" development is product development by the manufacturers like MX Logic and Stalker (Communigate). The additions I've asked for in the email service (domain aliases and distribution lists) are already supported in the Communigate product and MX Logic products. In fact, domain aliasing is listed as a feature of "Email Defense" in the reseller resource center. As it stands, it's a useless feature when used in combination with the email service - that's just stupid. So what remains is to incorporate these existing features into the OpenSRS infrastructure - that's a TUCOWS job. Whether the TUCOWS people that work on integrating "email defense" have nothing to do with TUCOWS people that work on integrating "web site builder", is a TUCOWS management decision. > > I can live without protecting the catch-all, but I wish TUCOWS would take > > the time to add support for domain aliases and multi-box aliases on the > > email side (i.e. fixing existing products) before wasting time and effort on > > things like the site builder and blogger products. > > Please learn to read previous messages before posting. > > Comments like this are posted OVER and OVER again to this mailing list. > They are a waste of time as it is explained every time that each of these > products are developed by independent (and most of the time) outside > developers.
