"Offline" to "Maintenance Window" at 17:42 UTC, 17 Jul 2004.
Notes : CIRA has extended the maintenance window. Next update is expected
by 1900 UTC (1500 EDT).
And it's 1510 EDT right now, and still no word from CIRA on what's going on.
