We don't do auto renew for certificates but we do do renewal messaging. On the Digital Certificates tab you will see the ability to Manage Renewal Messaging, and also views for your certificates that are expiring. From those views you can issue a renewal.
Reason we don't do auto renewals is that if any information has changed with the order once the cert is issued, it is not easy to change, compared to domains that could be updated at anytime.
