Look at all the "secret" internal terms that Evgeniy used ;-) for those of
you playing the home game:

RM = Registry Manager - Handles TLD specific business rules within OpenSRS,
reg terms, data validation etc.
RA = Registry Agent - Object that knows how to speak to each registry
externally, what protocol they use etc.


To sum it up it's possible but there are definitely some gotchas which we
need to flush out. Namely we have to make sure that the encoding type that
we allow is allowed by the registry otherwise resellers may get high failure
rates.
