Hi Gordon Ah good a question I can finally answer, you have answered enough of mine ;) I believe Kayako offer this for eSupport and Livesupport: http://www.kayako.com/ On a smaller scale, Mike, the author of HCl (http://www.helpcenterlive.com) is also considering a hosted solution for his product and it may be worth contacting him. On a side note I have to strongly recommend HCL if anyone hasn't viewed this yet, not only does it offer live chat facilities but you can view user activity within your site. From an SEO perspective, which is my field, the ability to see the exact point that your users leave the order process (down to the button/click) is incredibly useful.
